From signup to interview in four steps

Set it up once. Vantage keeps working while you sleep.

  1. 1

Tell us where you can work

Your citizenship, your visa today, and whether you'll need sponsorship now or later — per country. It takes about four minutes.

  2. 2

    Pick the roles you want

Add as many target roles as you like — developer, nurse, HGV driver, analyst — with level, cities, salary floor and companies.

  3. 3

    Get only jobs that fit

Live jobs are checked against your status: sponsor registers, employer history and the posting's own wording. Dead ends never reach you.

  4. 4

Apply with a resume built for the role

Each target role gets its own ATS-ready resume and cover letter, written only from experience you confirmed.

The rules of each country, applied to every job

Vantage knows which visa routes exist, who can sponsor and what disqualifies a job — and checks every posting for you.

Ways to work in United Kingdom

  • Skilled Worker visa

Job offer from a Home Office licensed sponsor, usually degree-level (RQF 6) and at least £41,700 or the job's going rate.

  • Graduate visa

Work for any employer after a UK degree: 2 years (3 for PhD) if you apply by 31 Dec 2026, 18 months from 1 Jan 2027.

  • Global Talent / Scale-up

For endorsed leaders in their field, or fast-growing companies.

For students: Graduates usually start on the Graduate visa, then move to a Skilled Worker visa with a licensed sponsor.

What Vantage checks for you

  • Only employers on the Register of Licensed Sponsors can sponsor. Vantage checks every UK job against it.
  • Below-degree jobs (RQF 3–5) only qualify if they're on the Immigration Salary List or Temporary Shortage List (in force until 31 Dec 2026).
  • HGV and lorry drivers (SOC 8211) are not eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship.
  • Recruiting care workers from overseas closed on 22 July 2025.

Is Vantage free?

Yes. Vantage is free for everyone during early access, with every feature unlocked and no credit card. If that ever changes, members will hear about it well in advance.

Can someone from India apply for sponsored jobs in the UK, US, Canada or Australia?

Yes. You set your citizenship and where you want to work, and Vantage only shows jobs that can legally hire you — for example, UK employers on the licensed sponsor register for degree-level roles. If your occupation isn't eligible for sponsorship in that country (UK lorry drivers, for instance), Vantage tells you plainly instead of wasting your applications.

Where do the jobs come from, and how fresh are they?

Only from employers' own official careers systems — Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable and Recruitee. Every Apply button opens the company's official posting, never a middleman job board. Feeds refresh continuously; most jobs you see are hours old.

Will Vantage lie on my application to get me through?

Never. Your work-authorization answers are saved once and used truthfully everywhere, and resumes are written only from experience you've confirmed. Recruiters check — honesty is what gets you hired and keeps you hired.

Does my resume pass ATS software?

Each resume uses the single-column, standard-heading format that applicant tracking systems parse reliably, and is checked against the keywords in your target jobs. No tool can guarantee a pass, but these are the factors that decide it.

Does the agent apply for me automatically?

The agent prepares each application for you — tailored resume, cover letter and truthful answers — and opens the employer's official form. You choose how independent it is: approve every application, approve only important ones, or fully automatic. Automatic form-filling on employer sites is rolling out during early access.

Is this immigration advice?

No. Vantage summarises official rules to help you search and links to the official sources. For your specific case, confirm with the government website or a licensed immigration adviser.
