Terms of Service

Early access

Vantage is currently in early access and free to use. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we improve it. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell members well in advance; nothing you don't choose will be charged.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Use Vantage only for your own job search.

Honest applications

You're responsible for the content of your profile, resumes and applications. Vantage only uses facts you provide and never invents experience or changes your work-authorisation answers. Don't use Vantage to submit false or misleading information to employers.

Your agent applies on your behalf

When you use “Apply with agent” or automatic applying, you authorise Vantage to complete and submit applications for you on employers' official careers sites, to create accounts there using your job email, and to accept those sites' privacy notices if you allowed it in your application profile. You remain responsible for every application submitted for you, so keep your profile, resume and saved answers accurate.

Your agent never tries to defeat security checks such as CAPTCHAs; it hands those to you. Some sites may limit automated use. If a site asks you to stop, or if an employer prefers direct applications, apply there yourself. You can pause your agent or set approval for every application at any time in Settings.

Not legal or immigration advice

Vantage summarises public immigration rules to help you search, with links to official sources. It is not a law firm and doesn't give legal or immigration advice. Confirm your situation with official government sources or a licensed adviser.

Job listings

Listings come from employers' public careers systems. We can't guarantee that a job is still open, that information in a posting is accurate, or any hiring outcome.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — for example by scraping Vantage, interfering with its security, or using it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You own your resumes and other content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Liability

Vantage is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by employers or immigration authorities. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
